1. Warranty Coverage

  • What is Covered: This policy strictly covers premature, excessive, or abnormal color fading of Wrookers.com products that occurs under normal, intended use within the designated warranty period.
  • What is Not Covered: This policy does not apply to fading, discoloration, or damage resulting from:
    • Exposure to harsh chemicals, solvents, or abrasive cleaning agents.
    • Placement in extreme environmental conditions outside of the product’s intended display area (e.g., placing a designated product in direct, unprotected outdoor heat/chemical pollution).
    • Physical alterations, scratches, or general wear and tear that do not relate to the application of the color itself.

2. How to Initiate a Claim

To start a warranty claim regarding color fading, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team via email, providing your original order number and a brief description of the fading issue.
  2. Submit Photos: Attach clear, well-lit photographs of the product that clearly demonstrate the areas where the color fading has occurred.

3. Return Shipping Procedure

If your warranty claim is provisionally approved after a review of your photographs, the physical item must be returned to our facility for a final physical inspection.

  • Courier Requirement: The customer is strictly required to ship the product back to Wrookers via a recognized courier service.
  • Packaging: Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent any physical damage during transit. Wrookers is not responsible for items broken while in the possession of the courier.
  • Tracking: We highly recommend using a trackable courier service and sharing the tracking number with our support team once the item is dispatched.

4. Resolution

Once the courier delivers the returned item to our facility and our quality control team completes their inspection, Wrookers will, at our sole discretion, offer one of the following resolutions:

  • Refinish or restore the faded areas of the original product.
  • Replace the faded item with a brand new, identical product.
  • Provide store credit if a direct repair or replacement is not feasible.
