6. Exchanges

  • We only replace items within 7 days if they arrive defective or damaged.

  • To return your product, ship it to your nearest fulfillment center at your own cost; shipping fees are non‑refundable.

  • Upon request, we may provide a prepaid return shipping label and deduct the cost from your refund.

  • Depending on your location, delivery time for exchanged products may vary; cross‑border shipping may apply.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
