1. Overview We have a 7‑day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. If 7 days have gone by since your delivery date, we typically can’t offer a refund or exchange.

Items must be in the same condition you received them and in their original packaging.
To complete your return, we require an email receipt or other proof of purchase.
You must provide an unboxing video for any of the following:
Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not our error.
Returns initiated after the 7‑day window.
3. Partial Refunds In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error (unboxing video mandatory).
Any item returned more than 7 days after delivery (unboxing video mandatory).
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of receipt and approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 10 business days.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

6. Exchanges
We only replace items within 7 days if they arrive defective or damaged.

If accepted, exchanged products will be delivered within 5 business days of approval.
7. Shipping
To return your product, ship it to your nearest fulfillment center at your own cost; shipping fees are non‑refundable.
Upon request, we may provide a prepaid return shipping label and deduct the cost from your refund.
Depending on your location, delivery time for exchanged products may vary; cross‑border shipping may apply.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
8. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
Standard Shipping: Delivery within 7–10 business days.
9. Circumstances Not Eligible for Refund Refunds are not applicable under the following circumstances:
Dissatisfaction with quality or material (as these details are clearly outlined on our website).
Lack of installation knowledge
